• You have the right to submit the content, including any images or descriptions
• The activity or business described is lawful and appropriate for the audiences indicated
• You will promptly update your listing if any information changes

We review all submissions before publication. Amazing Kids Activities reserves the right to edit, modify, or remove any listing at our sole discretion, including for reasons of accuracy, quality, relevance, or compliance with these Terms. Submission of a listing does not guarantee its publication on the Service.

5. Business Listings & Claims

Business owners may claim their listing on Amazing Kids Activities to gain management access. The claim process includes a verification step to confirm your association with the business. Once verified, you may update your listing details, add photos, and manage your information.

Amazing Kids Activities offers optional paid subscription tiers for businesses seeking enhanced visibility, including Featured and Sponsored placements. Subscription details, pricing, and benefits are described on our Advertise page. By subscribing to a paid tier, you agree to the applicable fees and billing terms. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Featured and Sponsored designations are clearly labeled on the Service. Paid placement does not constitute an endorsement by Amazing Kids Activities of the listed business or its services.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-submitted content), features, and functionality are owned by Suite Spot LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our name, logo, and branding may not be used without our prior written consent.

By submitting content to Amazing Kids Activities (including listing descriptions, images, and reviews), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service. You retain ownership of your content and may request its removal at any time by contacting us.

7. Disclaimer

Amazing Kids Activities is a directory and informational resource. We aggregate and present information about kids’ activities, but we do not operate, manage, or supervise any of the listed activities or businesses. A listing on Amazing Kids Activities does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of any activity, provider, or service.

We encourage parents to independently verify all information, including safety practices, instructor qualifications, licensing, and insurance, before enrolling their children in any activity. Decisions about your child’s participation in any listed activity are solely your responsibility.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Suite Spot LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, including negligence, breach of contract, or any other legal theory, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Washington.
